This Program is designed for those either doing their first TRI or still new to the sport. The program will include:

-8 week program

-2 sessions a week

-weekly training checklist to be prepared for the next session and a Sprint TRI

-swim, bike, run, transition and fueling coaching


Requirements: You will need to have your own swim suit, goggles, safe bike, approved helmet and running shoes
