Outside Swim/Bike/Run


TFP offers many sessions to help you reach your goals with Triathlon.  A session can have many purposes:

Technique Analysis-a review of your skills to allow for suggestions so you can focus on suggested drills during your own workouts

Video Taping- provides you with a visual of what you have been told and feel, but can’t see

Accountability- when scheduling a session, you will not miss this swim workout for any excuse

Structured Workout- your personal TFP coach will design the workout to help you reach your goals with speed, technique and/or endurance
