Pool Instruction

TFP offers session to help you reach your goals with swimming.  A session can have many purposes:

Technique Analysis-a review of your stroke to determine what you should focus on during your own workouts and suggested drills will be given

Video Taping- provides you with a visual of what you have been told and feel, but can’t see

Accountability- by having a session, you will not miss this swim workout for any excuse

Structured Workout- your TFP coach will design the workout for helping you reach your goals with speed, technique and/or endurance
