TRX Suspension System

TFP’s group training sessions incorporate resistance training using the TRX Suspension System in order to improve body function. In addition, sessions incorporate the use of tubing, dumbbells, cable weights, body weight, and other functional aids during circuit-type training in which up to 12 people can work out together. Participants will improve strength, stability, flexibility and coordination. Some past resistance training experience recommended. Functional Weights training is offered in six week sessions regularly throughout the year.
