This one-day clinic is a must for every triathlete.

Navigate in open water by utilizing sighting techniques.

Each participant will experience:
Specific analysis of swim stroke.
Triathlon-specific swim workouts at various speeds and distances.
Beach starts and group swimming to simulate triathlon wave starts.
When and Where: 1-1/2 hour session on Saturday July 5th, at 8:00AMsharp in Lake Andrea at Froggy's Landing Beach in Pleasant Prairie, WI (at 9900 Terwall Terrace, make a left into the park and drive until you see the sign for Froggy's Landing).
