Barb is one of many athletes I look up to within TFP. Her impressive improvements throughout 2006 have made me a believer in zone training and the positive effects it can have on your racing. Not only did Barb finish her first Half-Ironman in less than 6 hours, she also qualified for the Boston Marathon on her first attempt! I don't see Barb slowing down anytime soon. Mark my words, we will see Barb Bradley crossing the finish line at Ironman Madison in the near future!
