Starting Friday April 12th going through Fri April 19th TFP will be gathering new & gently used fitness clothing and gear that can be sold at the Fitness RESALE on Sat April 20th 1030-230. This could be shoes, pants, tops, jerseys, coats, hats, bags, equipment, etc. TFP will donate the items locally that are left over.
Sundays at 830am until May 5 then moving until 630am. Here is the route

This clinic will be about figuring out how to set up a weekly plan for the season you have set up, whether it is 1 or 5 races from 5ks to ultra distance. How to decide the mileage and intensity along with weight training weeks out to the week of your races.
