TFP Training Plans

TFP offers weekly training schedules that are designed to produce results. Custom plans are available that take into account individual needs. Otherwise, athletes can use a universal training plan that can work for just about anyone. Training plans will administered through Training Peaks, an online fitness tracking software.


Custom Training Plans

TFP offers customized weekly training schedules that are designed by taking into account your present ability, past performance, personal goals, and schedule. TFP Custom training plans can be administered through Training Peaks, an online fitness tracking software that allows you to log your progress. Three levels of custom training plans are offered:

Premium Monthly Plan

  • Most personalized training plan option.
  • Good for athletes that would like regular and immediate attention from coach when needed.
  • Plan layout given in 1-2 week segments.
  • Plan layout changes by coach - unlimited
  • Phone communications to coach - unlimited
  • Email communications to coach - unlimited
  • Cost: $195/month

Standard Monthly Plan

  • Coaching for the self sufficient athlete.
  • Good for athletes who enjoy following a plan with periodic feedback available.
  • Plan layout given in 2-3 week segments.
  • Plan layout changes by coach once per segment.
  • Phone communications to coach - one per month.
  • Email communications to coach - unlimited.
  • Cost: $125/month

Basic 3 Month Package

  • An economical way to try out custom training plans!
  • Good for athletes who OK without coach feedback for a longer period of time.
  • Plan layout given in 3 month segments.
  • No plan layout changes or coach communication.
  • Extra personal training sessions may be scheduled with coach if feedback or assistance is needed.
  • Cost: $145 for 3 Months
